I think its almost "tube time" anyone ever built a cage kind of "piecemeal"

I was thinking maybe I should go ahead knock out the
roll bar, hip bar and sliders. Obviously I cant stay on task to save my life so if I keep the tasks shorter maybe I can get them done.

I didnt draw it but the bent seat belt bars will tie to my seat rack and my seat rack will tie to the sliders.

Also the lower windshield spreader will tie to the seat rack.

Also where the main hoop is will be where i chop the roof. It will fallow the sheet metal down. And the A piller will hug the windshield frame and go through the original door jam to tie to the main hoop

Riverwoods its missing the back half of the roof now. The plan is to front half the the frame and its gonna be some sort of freak-blazer-buggy thing, but I have had horrible luck with timing fab work with this thing over the years. Most recently the weekend of the 12th me and my brother-in-law planned to spend the whole weekend bending, notching and welding and we woke up to rising water that Saturday morning. We took about 18 inches.

    Will do man. Thanks
We rode out Issac and stayed high and dry and they say this ground didn't flood in '83, but what happened, happened. You just never know for sure till it happens. After Issac the water took days to rise enough to worry us this didn't take 12 hours to go from "we're good" to "oh chit".
I'm gonna be back at it as soon as we are done with the house. I was planning to go LS and rocks thats still the plan just hope the budget can hold out now.

Well we got it again. Took three feet of water in the house this time. This least few months has just about tsken all thd fight out of me and sunk my welder. As I see it I have 3 options: sell, part out or pay someone. Guess I got to make a decision.

Well ole Bertha found a new home today. I will likely be looking for a budget friendly TJ and I will likely keep it mostly stock.
