ZEON® Platinum™ 12-S with Spydura® Pro Synthetic Line Also Debuts

Las Vegas, NV (11/3/2015) For 2016, WARN Industries will introduces a bumper crop of WARN new products at SEMA. Led by the winch-ready WARN Ascent™ Bumpers for Ford, Chevy and Dodge full size trucks, the new product lineup includes everything from the 12,000 pound ZEON® 12-S Platinum Winch spooled with WARN Spydura® Pro to an appealing lineup of Epic Winch Accessories.

    WARN Ascent™ Bumpers
[IMG]The WARN Ascent™ Bumper gives truck owners a low-profile aftermarket bumper option that not only blends fit and function, but facilitates easier bumper and winch installation. The Ascent™ Bumper was designed to complement the look of popular, 2015 year model full-size trucks from Ford (F150 and Super Duty), Dodge (Ram 1500-3500), or Chevy (Silverado 1500-3500). These bumpers come fully winch ready, with a winch plate that accepts most WARN mid-frame winches up to 12,000 lb. capacity (including WARN ZEON® Platinum™, ZEON®, M8000, xp, cti and others). Quick access cutouts make it easy to mount winches even after the bumper is in place.

While the Ascent Bumper was designed to look great, it’s also extremely functional. When it’s time for work or play, truck enthusiasts will appreciate the built in high-performance features, such as welded recovery points right up front, durable textured black powder coat finish and a low-profile design that easily accommodates oversize tires and enhances approach angles for optimized off-road performance. Bumpers include light bezels and knock outs for mounting auxiliary off-road lights (lights sold separately).

    WARN ZEON® 12-S Platinum™ and ZEON® 12-S Winches
[IMG]Now the world’s most technologically advanced winch, the ZEON® Platinum™, and its popular cousin, the ZEON Winch, come in 12,000 pound capacity versions spooled with extra-strong Spydura® Pro synthetic rope. Both the new ZEON 12-S Platinum and the ZEON 12-S come with 80’ of 3/8” Spydura Pro, a synthetic rope formerly reserved for intense industrial uses. This style of rope delivers the strength to exceed the 12,000 lb. capacity rating due to being heat treated under pressure, which adds strength without more bulk. Already packed with performance features, the ZEON 12-S Platinum is known for 20% faster lines speed, added durability and an Advanced Remote Control. These new members of the WARN ZEON winch family have aluminum hawse fairleads.

    Epic™ Accessories
[IMG]Since WARN Winches have long been the performance leader, it’s only logical that WARN Winch Accessories should also lead. Introducing WARN Epic™ Accessories, our new high performance accessory lineup. Designed to tie in with the look of WARN ZEON Winches, each top-of-the-line Epic accessory is carefully crafted to hold up under difficult winching situations. A multi-layered E-coat protects forged steel components from both corrosion and abrasion. Accessories include the Epic Winch Hook, Epic Shackle, Epic Snatch Block, and Epic Tree-trunk Protector

Gen II Trans4mer® for Ford F150

How can WARN Industries improve on the much-lauded Gen II Trans4mer®, our most popular bumper/grille guard mounting system? By pairing it with the world’s most popular truck, the Ford F150. Now 2015 Ford F150 owners can discover the versatility of these Gen II Trans4mers, from the durable winch tray that attaches directly to the frame, to the integrated grille guard and light bar.
